Beer soaked de-boned chicken thighs with red pepper remoulade

Method: Combine the garlic, olive oil, paprika, lime juice, parsley, salt, pepper and beer in medium size bowl and mix well. Pour the marinade over chicken thighs, toss to coat and refrigerate for 2-3 hrs.
Pre-heat the grill and place the chicken thighs over the grates and grill for 5-7 minutes on both sides, depending until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Remove from the grill and serve hot with red pepper remoulade.

Ingredients:

Beer1 cup
Chicken thighs
boneless250gm
Olive oil    35ml
Paprika10gm
Parsley chopped
handful
Garlic cloves2 nos
Lime juice1 nos
Black pepper5gms
Lime juice1 nos
Saltto taste

For remoulade:


Method: Place everything in a blender and puree until smooth. Check for seasoning and serve over hot grilled chicken.
