Amin Pathan group’s AGM cancelled by Rajasthan

The ongoing stand-off in Rajasthan Cricket Association (RCA) as the AGM called by Amin Pathan group has been cancelled by the all-powerful Rajasthan State Sports Council, which has been handed over the charge of managing activities of the association by the Rajasthan HC.
The High Court on October 17, had appointed state sports secretary, who also is the President of the State Sports Council to manage the day-to-day affairs of RCA for three weeks.
The single judge also had issued notices to state government and ‘self-appointed’ RCA president Amin Pathan.
Despite the next date of hearing being November 14th, both the groups had called for an AGM.
The Modi faction had issued a notice for AGM before the ‘Coup’ but Sports council had cancelled the meeting scheduled for November 1.
Now the AGM of Pathan Group scheduled for 9th November has also met the same fate proving that Pathan group too does not have any legal sanctity despite the fact it was somehow enjoying most of the RCA facilities till date.
