Akshay Kumar pays tribute to Martyr Bhagat Singh

The event was organised by Shaheed Bhagat Singh Sewa Dal and Shaheed-E-Azam Bhagat Singh Foundation as ‘Sadbhawna Diwas-2015’.

The event saw the gathering of around 10,000 people. Where singers Ashok Mastie and Shankar Sawhney performed live and entertained the crowd. The real <g data-gr-id="23">khiladi</g> of the industry, Akshay Kumar was honoured with Shaheed-E-Azam Bhagat Singh National Sadbhawna Award-2015 at the event. 

Wearing a turban, <g data-gr-id="24">Akki</g> Kumar looked a real Sardar and was overwhelmed with the recognition given to him and said “I am delighted to receive this award. Martyr Bhagat Singh dedicated his life for the freedom of India, He is a youth idol and an inspiration to millions. He will remain there in the hearts of every Indian. I am thankful to Shaheed Bhagat Singh Sewa Dal for honouring me with the prestigious award.” The event was aired live on PTC News.
