AAP forms 3-member panel for Punjab
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has decided to constitute a central panel for Punjab, which would take the final decision on inducting any one into the party-fold at any level in the state. The decision was taken during the meeting of the party’s Election Campaign Committee of Punjab held here.
The party’s in-charge for Punjab Sanjay Singh said on Sunday that after having detailed deliberations and consultations with several members of the election campaign committee, it was decided to constitute a central panel that would be the final decision--making body on the issue of any one joining the party in Punjab.
“The members of the central panel include national organisational secretary Durgesh Pathak, Sangrur MP Bahgwant Mann and Punjab convener Sucha Singh Chhotepur,” Sanjay Singh.
Singh said all zonal and sector in charge and also the central observers of the party in Punjab have been informed with immediate effect that they should not decide or effect any new joining in the party without or before consulting the central panel.
