Arvind Kejriwal’s Aam Aadmi Party will get 37 seats in the Delhi election -two more than the half-way mark -according to an aggregate of three major opinion polls done by NDTV.
The predictions may not be a good news for the BJP which has been trying hard to stop the AAP juggernaut in the capital. The BJP and allies will be placed second with 29 seats, three down from the last election in December 2013, and the Congress will get just four seats.
The NDTV poll is based on those conducted by three leading dailies and another channel. Delhi votes on Saturday with the counting taking place on February 10. Arvind Kejriwal is locked in a battle with BJP’s Kiran Bedi for the Chief Minister’s crown.
