AAI calls for pre-bid meet of all UDAN stakeholders

National airports operator AAI has called a “pre-bid” meeting on Friday of all interested prospective stakeholders, including airlines on the Government’s ambitious regional connectivity scheme UDAN, which seeks to make flying affordable for the masses.

AAI, which manages 125 airports, including 11 international ones’, has been mandated to implement UDAN scheme. State-run auctioneer Metal and Scrap Trading Corporation (MSTC) would make a presentation on e-bidding process during the stakeholders’ meeting on RCS, which is scheduled to take place here on Friday, sources said.
