86-batch IPS officers’ appointment as ADGs gets MHA nod

The appointment of 86-batch IPS officers, presently working as Inspectors General, to the Post of Additional Directors General against the existing vacancy, got Home Ministry’s nod on Tuesday.

The ministry informed that Rakesh Kumar Mishra (IG, CRPF) has been appointed as ADG, CISF, VS Kaumudi  is now ADG, NIA, Abhay (IG, BPR&D) shifted to ADG, CRPF, Dr. NC Asthana (IG, CRPF) appointed as ADG, CRPF and Kamal Nayan Choubey (IG, BSF) is now ADG, BSF. Earlier, several IPS officers were empanelled for holding Additional Director General (ADG) level posts.
