6 die in Thane building collapses

A building under construction in Thane near Mumbai has collapsed. There are reports of that six people have been killed and 50 others have been rescued. Some people are still trapped under the debris, according to reports. The incident took place in Shil Dhaigar locality at around 6.30 pm.
A team of the National Disaster Response Force is on its way from Pune. Hundred policemen from Mumbai have also been sent.
Some people were allegedly living on some of floors of the under-construction building.
