5 special stalls at IITF to help people enroll for Aadhaar cards

At the time of digitisation of India and the current demonetisation move, Aadhaar card has become an essential need for the common man. In a bid to facilitate people who do not have Aadhaar cards or Plastic Aadhaar Cards (PVC), Alankit Limited along with a leading e-governance service provider in India has set up five special stalls at the India International Trade Fair.

Till Sunday, more than 5,000 visitors have enrolled for Aadhaar cards and PVC cards at the Trade Fair.

To enroll themselves for Aadhaar cards, one need an address proof (driving license/voter ID card) and a PAN card. Rest, the fingerprints are enough to entitle them for the Aadhaar card.

Those who already have an Aadhaar card can avail the PVC cards at Rs 30 after providing their Aadhar numbers.

“To enhance its reach and interaction with a maximum number of people during the fair, Alankit Group has decided to serve the visitors from 5 key locations — ST1 Food Court 2 near Gate no. 11, ST2 opposite Handloom Pavillion Gate no. 2, ST3 near ITPO Canteen, ST4 at Phoolwari and ST5 near Hall No. 12 and Metro Gate,”  said Ankit Agarwal, managing director of Alankit Limited.
