43-year-old rickshaw puller found murdered

A 43-year-old man was allegedly found stabbed to death near a bus stand on the Outer Ring Road behind Feroz Shah Kotla stadium in Central Delhi in the intervening night of Tuesday and Wednesday.
According to the police, the victim has been identified as Kshitij Arora. Senior police officers of the Central district said that Arora was a resident of Krishna Nagar in East Delhi and used to work as a rickshaw puller.

Police said that they received a call at around 1.40 am about a man lying injured on the road. Police further said that they found the body had two stab injuries on his chest and a cut mark on his neck.
The victim was also found to be drunk at the time of his death and it was suspected that he was accompanied by some known person or persons, said a police officer.

A case of murder has been registered at the IP Estate police station. Police said that they are scanning CCTV footages of the nearby areas to establish the identity of the accused. Further investigation is underway.
