4 assaulted by group of 15 at Amity

Four third year students were allegedly assaulted with wooden sticks and iron rods by another group of students inside the campus of Amity International University in Manesar on Tuesday.

A group of around 15 boys in the campus came armed with sticks looking for Ankur, a third year 

B.Tech student. The group saw him near the compound and started beating him badly. Seeing the huge group assault on Ankur, three of his friends intervened but they too were beaten up with iron rods.

The police came after the group had left the university. The injured students were then taken to a nearby private hospital for first aid. 

“Four students of the university had come to the emergency room where they were given first aid. Ankur, received two stitches,” said a hospital staff.
