38-storey residential building coming up on EM bypass

Harsh Vardhan Patodia, chairman and managing director of Unimark group and vice -president of CREDAI India said the piling work had started and the project was likely to be completed by the first quarter of 2019. 

According to information, 135 flats will come up on 2 acres land. The 3 BHK flats will have an area of around 2,200 square feet and 4 BHK flats will be between 2,900 and 3,500 square feet. 

The cost of total project including the land will be around Rs 325 crore.

The prices of flats vary anything between Rs 2.5 crore and Rs 4 crore depending on the sizes. 

Patodia said, “Since the last few years, EM bypass is witnessing unprecedented growth due to its proximity to city’s major landmarks, swiftly emerging as one of the most desirable destination in Kolkata. With the launch of Unimark Solitaire, EM Bypass would offer an unmatched luxurious lifestyle to city residents.” 

He said the concept of lifestyle of Kolkatans was totally different from other part of the country and keeping this in mind the service of Quintessentially Lifestyle would be taken to provide best amenities. Misthi Bose, group CEO of Quintessentially Lifestyle, said there would be lifestyle managers to look after the members. 

Two important features of the residential building are a rejuvenating spa and a salon by IOSIS of Shilpa Shetty. 

The piped music in common areas by Bose will take the residents to a different plane. The banquet will be constructed out of the main building to ensure that the residents do not feel disturbed. 

A state-of-the-art gymnasium, jogging area and swimming pool will be among other facilities. Patodia said the residents would be able to enjoy the facilities free of cost for one year. 

There will be Zen, Sky Ozone and Sky Walk. Vinu Chadda, architect of design cell said the building had been planned in such a way that the rooms and lobbies were airy. The building will be environment friendly and rainwater harvesting would also be done. 

The building faces the East Kolkata wetland which will never be filled up. The ambiance, environment and connectivity have made the building an ideal destination.
