35-yr-old manager files complaint against MD of a pvt airline firm

The victim is a resident of Delhi and has been working with the cargo company for the past 14 years. The accused is the managing director of <g data-gr-id="18">Airfirm</g> Cargo, an airline company in Gurgaon.

In her complaint filed at the police station, she had told that her assault had started when the accused had joined the office last year. These incidents happened during official trips to Dubai and Goa respectively. She also mentioned that she had slapped the accused in Goa in her defence.
She was asked to resign from the position on Wednesday and was not allowed to leave the room until she resigned.

The accused has not been arrested yet. The legal advisor of the company has denied the charges against the accused. According to him, he has been working in the Gurgaon office since a year and not even one complaint of this sort was ever reported against him, police said.

After realising that the woman won’t give in, he started to pin point her mistakes at work leading to mental torture.

“We received the complaint and we took immediate action. The accused denied all the allegations and said this was a fake complaint. The accused said he was being framed as he had asked the victim to resign. The action was taken simply on the basis of her work performance,” ACP Ramesh Pal, DLF told Millennium Post.
