29 killed in tanker fire in Uganda

At least 29 people were killed on Sunday in the Ugandan capital Kampala when a fuel tanker caught fire after a car crashed into it, BBC reported. Many of the deceased had rushed to the scene to siphon off the fuel, police said. Around 20 motorbikes were burnt while witnesses said they were used to taking people to collect the petrol.
