21-year-old allegedly raped on pretext of job

 A 21-year-old woman was allegedly sexually assaulted in South-west Delhi’s Dwarka on Thursday. The accused has been identified as Vinay. He works at the office of a national party.

The woman used to work as a sanitation worker at the Indira Gandhi International Airport. Chinmoy Biswal, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, South-west said: “On the pretext of giving her a job, the accused took her to a DDA flat and raped her. The incident happened at Dwarka Sector 12. Victim’s statement has been recorded by the magistrate.” 

A case has been registered under Section 376 of the IPC at the Dwarka (North) police station.
In another incident a 34-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly clicking pictures of a Naga woman, living in his neighbourhood in North-west Delhi’s Ashok Vihar area, police said on Thursday.
