18-year-old girl, five minors injured after cylinder explosion

At least six kids, including three young girls and three young boys, were injured when a gas cylinder exploded in a house in Bhawani enclave in Gurgaon. 

All the injured children were first taken to the Civil Hospital near Civil Lines at around 7.40 pm and given basic first aid. Later, on doctor’s suggestion, all the children were referred to Safdarjung  Hospital in New Delhi. 

The incident took place when an 18 -year-old girl was cooking at her residence and their parents were out of the house. Three out of the six children have been claimed to have serious burn injuries on their body. 

The injured have been identified as — Shivani (10 months), Priyanshu (9), Roshan (9), Amit (10), Ruby (18) and Ganga (13).
