163 eye surgeries held at NTPC-Dadri camp

‘Keeping in view CSR initiatives of NTPC, all efforts are being made by NTPC Dadri to provide better healthcare to the residents of nearby areas by organizing medical camps. The objective of these camps is to provide best treatment to the patients by eminent team of doctors’ said P R Dahake, general manager of NTPC, Dadri, at the closing ceremony of a five-day eye camp at NTPC Hospital.
Out of 680 patients registered in OPD, 163 patients were operated upon by team of eminent doctors and paramedical staff from I- Care Hospital, Noida and NTPC Hospital. Speaking on the occasion Dahake appreciated the efforts of members of ladies club Jagriti Samaj, CSR-HR and CISF Unit, for their services rendered to the patients.
Sadhana Dave was the chief guest at the closing ceremony of the Eye Camp and appreciated the facilities available at the camp. Dave, Megha Dahake, President, Jagriti Samaj and Dahake distributed the blankets to the beneficiaries of the eye camp. The eye camp was organized under the supervision of BB. Dash, CMO, NTPC Hospital and his team, S Choudhury, Eye Surgeon and Founder, I-Care Hospital, Noida, Rewa Choudhury, P K Jha, R K Jain, GM [Gas], U Banerjee, GM[HR], senior officials, members of Jagriti Samaj also graced the occasion.
