Zohra Chatterji is Textiles Secy

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved Zohra Chatterji, a 1979 batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre, as Textiles Secretary. Chatterji, who was earlier serving as special secretary, Ministry of Coal, took over her new assignment from Kiran Dhingra, a 1975 batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the UT cadre, who retired on Thursday.
