YEIDA to give possession of 4.5k flats on November 30

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Developmental Authority (YEIDA) has planned to handover possession of 4,500 flats on November 30. The allottees who booked their flats under Samajwadi Housing scheme initiated in January 2015 will be benefitted. Meanwhile, the authority is putting various efforts to develop infrastructure and basic amenities of sector 22D, so that people don’t face problems settling down there.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav will release different government housing schemes of Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Authority on November 30 which will aid the allottees to get their dream homes booked under these schemes. 

Under these schemes, the Yamuna Authority will hand over 4,500 flats to the allottees in Greater Noida sector 22D. This will progress and develop residential activities in the area. The authority is now working to develop the surroundings of the area so as to benefit the residential people by allowing them to avail the best possible facilities. Development of 33KW power station in Sector 33 has already been completed by the authority which will provide seamless power to the area. 

There have been several unsuccessful dates issued by the authority for possession of these flats but this time the results may prove to be favorable for the buyers.  Apart from this, the Chief Minister will also give a green signal for the development of the cycle track.
