According to Delhi weather, how can people change their  workout regime?
Summer is the best time to reduce weight, as food intake is low and water consumption is high . Do avoid working out in direct sun, due to probability of heat stroke. While working out do keep sipping water. While exercising in order to increase metabolism, one must do combination of high intensity interval training combined with cardio vascular exercises. If you are water lover and if you have good swimming pool in vicinity then swimming is also a total body workout, however for fab abs u need to do some hard work in the gym.
No weight loss can happen without monitoring and changing diet. During summers increase liquid intake and avoid eating outside food especially oily, sweet and spicy. Pay attention to the fiber intake, it should be high. Increase the intake of salads, green vegetables. Note of caution, fruit juices should be consumed within 5-10min of preparation. Mint juice is excellent summer coolant, it not only refreshes you but also help in replenishing energy .

Are there something which you cannot do in summer especially home pertaining to exercises?
There is nothing specific that one cannot do in summers. Do keep in mind, to exercise in properly ventilated room. For some specific exercises such as High Intensity Workout, should be conducted under proper guidance and supervision.

Delhi fitness trend , do people like work out in gym or at home?
When Delhiites hit the gym they want to shape up or for health sake. Delhi is a city of food lovers, and despite of all the myth surrounding our city, people are becoming health conscious.
Members come to burn the calories so that they can enjoy food in guilt free manner. 35% people have become health conscious, older people like parks whereas younger generation hit gym. In gymming also spinning and yoga are latest in trend thing. Delhiites also like to visit gym for distressing and socializing. It’s fun to watch members forming groups and challenging the other group on weight loss or  stamina building targets.
