Winning Delhi a challenge for SP: Mulayam

With Lok Sabha polls round the corner, SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav on Wednesday said winning Delhi is a challenge for his party and rallied partymen to put in extra efforts on this front. ‘Winning Delhi is a challenge for the party. Everyone knows that the decision of people of UP will give new direction to national politics. This is the reason all eyes are on state politics and the state government,’ Yadav said while addressing a programme organised on the death anniversary of party leader Janeshwar Mishra. Advising Samajwadi Party workers to be on their best behaviour, Yadav said this was important as the party was in power in the state. Praising son Akhilesh Yadav’s government for the work done by it in less that two years, he said governments in other states had failed to achieve what UP had done.
