Whip-up yummy pudding in a jiffy

There are various moments when one craves for a sweet dish. When one has the correct ingredients and time, they can easily create this delicious dish from Prem Kumar Pogakula- Executive Sous Chef, The Imperial.
Soft centered warm white chocolate pudding
180gms white chocolate
1/3 cup butter
2 large eggs
2 large egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
1/4 cup all purpose flour
Ingredients
- Preheat oven to 180degreec. Butter and flour six 6-oz ramekins.
- In a medium sized, microwave-safe bowl, melt together white chocolate and butter on medium heat, stirring until smooth.
- In a large bowl, beat together eggs and egg yolks on medium-high speed until foamy. Add in sugar and beat on high speed for one minute. Blend in salt, vanilla and the white chocolate mixture, mixing until very smooth. Blend in the flour, mixing until no streaks of dry ingredients remain.
- Divide batter evenly into prepared ramekins.
- Bake for 10 minutes, until the tops of the cakes are dark golden and feel slightly firm to the touch. Remove from oven and prepare to serve immediately.
- To serve, run knife around the outer edge of the ramekin. Place a small dessert plate on top of the ramekin and invert; when inverted, the cake should release from the ramekin. Serve immediately.
