WCD among top 5 ministry to have best Facebook page

The Women and Child Development (WCD) Ministry has been rated among the top five ministries for having the best Facebook page in a survey of 37 ministries conducted by the social media website.
“Of the total 51 Central ministries, 37 were evaluated for their Facebook presence and the WCD Ministry ranks fourth, according to an evaluation conducted by Facebook,” a ministry official said.
The survey has ranked the I&B Ministry’s Facebook page as the best on the parameters of highest interactions, interaction rate, page size and average daily posts. It was followed by the Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of Railways.
