VSJMC organises grand media fest

Spandan X, the mega media fest of Vivekananda School of Journalism and Mass Communication (VSJMC) started with a bang on Wednesday on the premises of the institute in Pitampura. MEDIA PANCHAYAT - a panel discussion was the inaugural event of the festival.
Prof Ambrish Saxena, director of VSJMC, welcomed the guests, while VB Coutinho, principal director of VIPS, raised issues of media ethics. Krishan Aggarwal, vice-chairman of VIPS, lauded the efforts of the students. The topic of the panel discussion was ‘Editorial Freedom versus Commercial Interest’.
