Gyanvapi row: Supreme Court stays survey order till July 26; allows petitioners to move High Court


Putting on hold the scientific survey of the Gyanvapi mosque, the Supreme Court on Monday allowed the petitioners in the case to move to the Allahabad High Court. A bench led by CJI D Y Chandrachud directed that the trial court order issuing directions for a scientific survey of the mosque premises by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) shall not be enforced till 5 pm on July 26
