Vaishnodevi Yatra remains suspended for fourth day

Yatra to the holy cave shrine of Vaishnodevi has been suspended for the fourth consecutive day on Sunday in view of heavy rains in J&K. ‘Yatra to cave shrine remained suspended for the 4th day on Sunday in view of heavy rains and bad weather conditions,’ officials of Shri Mata Vaishnodevi Shrine Board said. Yatra to the holy cave shrine of Shri Mata Vaishno Deviji from Katra base camp onwards continues to remain under suspension from 4 September till further notice keeping in view the safety of pilgrims, they said.
