“Hundreds of Congressmen including the UP PCC chief were injured in the <g data-gr-id="21">lathicharge</g>. We demand a judicial probe into the matter,” CLP Leader Pradeep Mathur said.
Rejecting the charges, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Mohd Azam Khan said, “All of you (legislators) participated in the agitation. No one is injured.”
“You put innocent people forward and saved yourselves. Only those who engaged in hooliganism and resorted to brick batting might have been beaten up,” Khan said.
