Uber: Accused CAN recall some witnesses

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday partly allowed the plea of Uber cab rape accused Shiv Kumar Yadav to recall some of the prosecution witnesses, including the victim, for further cross-examination.
Justice Sunita Gupta allowed Yadav’s counsel to cross-examine thirteen prosecution witnesses, including the victim, again “in the interest of justice”.
The court’s order came on Yadav’s plea challenging the trial court’s February 18 order denying him permission to recall the witnesses.
