Two arrested for gang-raping Facebook friend

 Two people were arrested here on Tuesday for allegedly gang-raping a woman whom one of them met on social networking site Facebook, Haryana Police said. The arrested men have been identified as Ravinder alias Sonu, 25, and Santram, 30. Sonu hails from <g data-gr-id="11">Palra</g> village while <g data-gr-id="12">Santram</g> is from nearby Nurpur area.

The 24-year-old victim, a resident of Gurgaon, an industrial town in Haryana, lodged her complaint at Badshahpur police station on Tuesday. “Sonu was my friend on Facebook for last few months. He called me on Monday for a meeting in Badshahpur and took me to a house in the nearby <g data-gr-id="15">Palra</g> village, where I was victimised,” the woman said in her police complaint.
