TRS seeks Z+ security for KCR

The Telangana Rashtra Samiti on Tuesday sought ‘Z+’ category security cover for its president K Chandrasekhar Rao, alleging that contract killers were hired to ‘eliminate’ him. ‘Some evil forces are trying to eliminate our leader KCR. We have credible information that someone paid ‘supari’ for it. The state will burn if anything happens to him and the government will be held responsible for it,’ TRS MLAs Etela Rajender and T Harish Rao said here on Tuesday.

The TRS MLAs told reporters that they have already informed additional director general of police (Intelligence) about the threat to KCR. ‘We will come out with concrete details about the conspiracy at an appropriate time’, he said.
