Though the principal opposition will be organising the ‘unmasking movement’ on 4 and 5 May against the misuse of constitutional institutions and corruption of the government.
However, what is surprising is that the top brass of Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) leadership will not be participating in the protest.
BJP president Rajnath Singh, leader of opposition Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, Sushma Swaraj and Arun Jaitley, former BJP president Nitin Gadkari and senior party leader LK Advani won’t be participating in the two day protest, informed BJP general secretary JP Nadda.
‘They will be taking part in other protests, this time only the officer bearers will take part’ said Nadda.
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, whose resignation BJP has been demanding in Parliament for his alleged role in the coal scam, will be the prime target of the party, said BJP leader Mukhtar Abaas Naqvi.
‘The Prime Minister has become the guardian of sins and Congress a caucus of corruption. Every corruption, scam and loot of public money is being done under the guardianship of the Prime Minister by the Congress with impunity,’ said Naqvi.
Criticising the Prime Minister, the BJP leader further said that the economist Prime Minister has proved to be a debt specialist.
