Three held for killing woman, lover

Three men have been arrested for the murder of two people here, including a woman, police said on Friday. Sunil alias Sunny, 31, resident of Badshahpur, was arrested with his accomplice Anil Solanki, of Matiala village under Uttam Nagar police station in Delhi, and Varun, a resident of Kaithal in Haryana. The three had allegedly shot dead Rakesh Yadav, 22, of Badshahpur on 3 February near the Tau Devilal stadium here. The body of Vanita, 27, was found in a secluded spot under Rajendra Park police station early on 4 February. Her body bore three bullet wounds. Sunil suspected his wife Vanita was in an illicit relationship with Rakesh.
