They are working to provide comprehensive training of various vocational courses i.e. stitching and tailoring classes, fashion designing, English speaking courses, Training of repairing electronic gadgets, basic computer awareness program and computer hardware training, making of various creative items for income generation activities for the underprivileged like candle making, envelope, book binding, toys making, paper craft, painting etc. Yogdan organizes health awareness program for the children and general public. Yogdan provides facility of Library and reading room.
They organise Indian classical musical program to promote upcoming artists with senior artists every year. In the past, they have organized classical program of vocal, dance, instrumental in the program named - Sur-Managal, Sur-Nrityam, Sur-Deepak, Ras-Rang, Sur-Jhankar, Sur-Phuhaar and Hindustani and Cannatic instrumental ensemble in the city of Delhi.
They are now organising a Indian classical music concert named - Sur-Sarod. Dr. Chandrima Majumdar will perform Sarod Recital followed by Ustad Iqbal Ahmed Khan- Hindustan Vocal.
