Tatra trucks scam: Vectra chief Rishi restrained from going to Czech, Slovakia

Vectra Group chief RavinderRishi, facing a CBI probe for the alleged irregularities in supply of all-terrain Tatra trucks, has been restrained from travelling to the Republic of Czech and Slovakia by a special court.

Special CBI Judge Ravinder Kaur, however, permitted Rishi to travel to London and Georgia via Moscow for four weeks from August 13 for medical treatment and business purposes after CBI said it has no objection on his plea to travel abroad.

The CBI, however, told the court that Rishi be restrained from travelling to the Republic of Czech as letter of rogatory has been sent to the country in connection with the case while it ‘intends’ to sent letter of rogatory to Slovakia as well.
