Targets Punjab Police over death of youths during protest

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday went after the Punjab Police over the death of two Sikhs in police firing during anti-desecration protests at Faridkot and asked the SAD-BJP government to restore peace in the state. He later told reporters that Gurjit was killed in police firing when he went to serve langar to about 300 peaceful protesters. “As per rules, police fire warning shots in air and then into the ground...it was completely wrong,” he said.
