Take natural route to achieve glowing skin

No matter how much cream you rub on your skin, if your body is not functioning well from within, the signs of it will show on your face. One should try to follow an anti-inflammatory diet and avoid alcohol, cigarettes, sugar, white flour and saturated fats when possible and also remember to wash pillowcases regularly, clean the phone and drink a lot of water. Moisturize your skin amply as you would not have a glowing buttery skin to hide fine lines. And makeup on flaky skin does not go well.

Use a night cream rich in vitamin C or E,” says Shikhee Agrawal, Head Training, The Body Shop
“As autumn comes in people start stocking up their creams, moisturizers and other skin nourishing products but what people don’t realize is their favorite skin care products can be significant contributors to harmful ingredients, toxins and chemicals,” says Nirmal Randhawa, makeup artist and owner of Indica Makeover Studio. Oats work as a great scrubber and give skin the best shine and smoothness. Mix 1/2 cup of oats with warm water and leave it for 5 minutes, the mixture will become a thick paste. Apply the paste ion your face in a circular motion. After 15 minutes, wash it off with cold water. This paste will make your skin smooth and fair.

Banana is a common man’s moisturizer which should never be under estimated. Mash a ripe banana to massage the skin and the driest of the skin issue will be resolved. Sugar is an excellent skin softener.  People with dry skin, mix sugar with curd and massage it onto the skin.
