Taiwan Textile Fairs comes to Delhi

The two-day Taiwan Textile Fairs in South Asia, 2013, was organised at hotel Le Meridian by the Bureau of Foreign Trade (BOFT) and Taiwan Textile Federation (TTF), represented in South Asia by Worldex India Exhibition and Promotion Pvt Ltd.
The event was supported by the leading textile associations of India such as the Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI) and Textile Exporters Association (TEA).
The event was inaugurated by Dr. Guann Jyh Lee, executive director of the Taiwan Economic and Cultural Centre (TECC) and Justine Cheng, specialist, marketing development department of the Taiwan Textile Federation.
Speaking at the event, Justine Cheng said that Taiwan is planning to bring bacteria-free cloth and fabrics to the Indian market. She said that Taiwan wants to export different type of fabrics to India.
Taiwan is one of the largest textile exporters in the world and the Taiwan textile industry is internationally renowned for its manufacturing excellence.
