Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh indicated on Thursday that the first expansion of Punjab cabinet is likely to be held prior the state's budget session that is slated for June.

Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi said that BJP could form governments in Manipur and Goa by the power of money.

Having won Punjab for his party on his 75th birthday, Congress leader Amarinder Singh said that the first priority of his government would be to eradicate drugs from the state.
