Ripe mango 'khatta-mitha' chutney

Ingredients
Riped mangoes
4 (You should select partially sweet and partially sour mangoes)
Yellow Mustard seeds 1/4th teaspoonful
Salt to taste
Sugar 2 – 3 tablespoons (As per your taste)
Raisins 25 gms
Soyabean oil/ Sunflower oil/Rice Bran oil 1 teaspoonful
Water 2 tablespoons (optional)
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon

Procedure
Peel off the skin of the mangoes and manually mash them roughly.
In a pan, put oil and heat it for ½ minute (30 seconds).
After it gets heated, put yellow mustard seeds and then add mashed mangoes
Sauté the mixture for 1 minute
Add sugar and salt
Stir the mixture for 5 minutes
Add raisins and lemon juice
Make sure that the recipe is prepared in low heat
