Salt and Pepper Chicken
INGREDIENTS
Boneless chicken 300 g
Sunflower oil 4 tbsp
Onions 1- 2 pc
Green pepper 1 pc
Cloves garlic 4-5 pc
Green or red chillies 3-4 pc
Coarse sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Rice wine vinegar
METHOD
Put the chicken in the oven and set for 30 minutes. Pour oil in a frying pan or wok and place on moderate heat. Add onions and green pepper – stir fry for a few minutes. Add garlic and chillies. Stir until onions have turned golden and then add two pinches of salt and a few grinds of pepper. Turn down the heat. After the chicken is ready, cut it into thick slices and place in the pan. Add vinegar and salt. Stir well. Add more oil if needed. Once the chicken has been covered with the mixture, serve fresh.
