Chicken chop in spicy garlic sauce

Ingredients
Chicken 160 gm
Chicken broth 10 gm
Light soy sauce 5 gm
Ginger 10 gm
Garlic 10 gm
Panko crumb 100 gm
Chili paste 10 gm
Egg 1 no
Salt to taste
Refined oil to fry
Chop chili 5 gm

Procedures
Marinate chicken with light soy sauce, ginger, garlic, chop chilli and broth powder
Crumb with Panko bread crumb
Deep fried in oil
Serve hot with spicy garlic sauce
