MANGO CHILLI POTATO

Ingredients
French fry 640 gm
Large onion 120 gm
Spring onion 80 gm
Mango 160 gm
Capsicum green 80 gm
Red Capsicum 80 gm
Yellow capsicum 80 gm
Red chilli 60 gm
Garlic 40 gm
Tomato ketchup 120 gm
White vinegar 60 ml
Chilli garlic sauce100 gm
Honey 60 ml
Corn flour 60 gm
Method
In a Chinese wok take oil & sautée garlic, red chilli, julienne onion, julienne green capsicum, julienne red capsicum, julienne yellow capsicum. Add salt, chilli garlic sauce, honey, white vinegar, tomato ketchup, cornflour water, and stir it. Add fried french fry and mixed it properly; Julienne the mango; Serve the chilli potato with mango julienne and garnish along with the spring onion.
