Ingredients:
l Tequila
l celery stick
l passion fruit purée
l Lime
l Agave
l Jalapeño
Directions:
- Take tequila (60 ml), coriander (6-8 leaves), passion fruit purée (20 ml), lime (20 ml), cappers brine (10 ml), agave (5 ml), and Jalapeño (4-5 slices) in a glass/tumbler.
- Shake it well
- Garnish it with coriander, salt and caper.
