Ingredients
Strawberry 250 gm
Double Cream
(whipped) 400 ml
Meringue Disc 80 gm
Raspberry Sauce 100 ml
Pistachio 10 gm
Preparation
Chop strawberries into quarter. Whip double cream. Break meringues into small abstracts. Decorate martini glass with chocolate piping. Pipe double cream, put chopped strawberries, meringue, cover it with sauce. Repeat the same sequence once again. Garnish it with chopped pistachio.
