Suchitra Sen stable but not out of danger: Doctor

The condition of legendary Bengali actress Suchitra Sen, who was put on non-invasive ventilator support after her condition deteriorated, is stable in comparison to previous days, but she is not out of danger yet, a doctor said Monday. She was put on the ventilator 3 January. Ruling out any plans to discharge her from the hospital, Subir Mondal, member of the team of seven experts monitoring Sen at the Belle Vue Clinic here, said her oxygen saturation level has gone up in the last few days. ‘She is not out of danger yet... her oxygen saturation is not fluctuating much at the moment.’
