Step father booked for raping minor daughter

The family had been living in Gurgaon’s Miya Wali colony for a decade. Kajal Dhawan, the mother of the girl had registered a case against her second husband when she found that he has been sexually assaulting her child since 5 years. 

The accused has been identified as Krishan Pahiya (34) who had been married to the complainant since 6 years. The incident came to light when the mother had gone out of the house in the evening for some work. On her return, she saw her husband being forceful towards his step daughter.

“The accused is still absconding and we are trying are best to nab the accused”, said Bijendre Singh, SHO, Civil Lines police station.
