Steel Ind should be a brand ambassador for Swachh Bharat

The steel industry should become the brand ambassador of Swachh Bharat Mission, Steel Minister Birender Singh said..“Cleanliness is a habit and comes only with conscious practice,” Singh said He visited SAIL headquarter to review the cleanliness activities undertaken by the company on second anniversary of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, an official statement said.
Recalling his recent visit to Bokaro Steel Plant he praised the clean environs of the plant and its township and said that “steel industry should be a brand ambassador for the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan”, the statement said.
