‘Statue of Unity is a dream project of Modi’

Nanu Bhai Vanani, Gujarat government minister and convener of statue of unity project said that 182 metres high statue is the dream project of Narendar Modi, which is the symbol of national unity and integration. In comparison to New York-based, Statue of Liberty, the height of Statue of Unity will be double in height, which will be remarkable achievement.

He said further that to include all the peasants of this country for this historic work, an innovative iron campaign will be launched at the national level. Farming instruments from 6, 50,000 villages of India and village soil will be collected for the construction of this statue, and there will be contribution of each and every village. An exhibition hall depicting the life and achievements of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel will be the major centre of attraction of this project. For the nature lovers and school going children, an advanced underwater aquarium is also in the pipeline to attract more visitors.
