Stars, saints and smoky sears glitter at holy fete

Religious gurus, politicians and movie stars are expected to be part of the Maha Kumbh Mela which is beginning on Monday and go on till 10 March.
From much hyped tantrik Chandraswami to Asaram Bapu and teacher of Art of Living Sri Sri Ravishankar, all who's who of Hindu religion are descending here for over a month's stay.
Murari Bapu, Pilot Baba and Awdheshanand Giri would also be present in the fare. Baba Ramdev, who entered the Mela area last Thursday, will appear in the camp of Guru Sharnand of Bada Udaseen Akhara in Sector 12.
Congress President Sonia Gandhi will also visit the mela area sometime in February while prominent BJP leaders are also expected to visit the mela.
