On the fourth day of the on-going interrogations of tainted players—S Sreesanth, Ajit Chandila and Ankit Chavan, accused of spot fixing in IPL matches, more names have cropped up, with Sreesanth telling investigators that a few more Indian players are involved in spot-fixing.
The police, however, has refused to disclose their names, till more evidence is gathered against them.
During investigations, Mumbai police recovered a laptop, I Pad, mobile phone, Rs 72,000 cash and a diary. ‘When his mobile phone was searched phone numbers of around a dozen of models, including former Miss India, was found in the contact list,’ the official added.
